Constant thirst, often brushed off as a side effect of salty foods or hot weather, can actually be an early warning sign of diabetes or prediabetes. Excessive thirst, along with frequent urination and fatigue, should prompt a blood sugar check.

Random muscle twitches, usually harmless and triggered by stress, caffeine, or fatigue, can sometimes be early signs of nerve disorders such as ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) or other neurological conditions when persistent or worsening.

Finally, snoring, while common and often dismissed as a nuisance, can be a red flag for obstructive sleep apnea. This condition causes repeated interruptions in breathing during sleep and can lead to daytime fatigue, high blood pressure, and increased risk of heart attack or stroke if left untreated.
